Sick Lacquers Swatches

LOVING my new polishes I received today from Sick Lacquers! I picked up 10 new shades and wanted to share some pics with you.  Spur of the moment I decided to create this blog... after I tried and removed 10 other trials, so all are not featured here.  Don't you worry though... This is Urban Camo!

This is about 3 coats on bare nails. PERFECT application, I just stroke it right on, and this is what we get.  It's a winner!

 

 This is Broken Hearted! I went overboard here... I had it perfect but then decided to do one more coat and attempt to grab little to no glitter...well I couldn't see all the black glitters on the black brush, doh! I put about 3 coats over white on white by china glaze and 2 coast was enough. This is an absolute fave!  Jam packed with glitter, easy application, I just love it!!! I will be doing a full set of this soon and will take more pics then when it's not so overboard :)

 

This is Itty Bitty Neon Pretty!

This is just 2 or 3 coats, painted right on like a plain ol polish... LOVE!  The pale pink is perfect milky light pink and it's just such a sweet polish. 

 

This is Love Pink!

This is about 5 coats (lol) on bare nail. I didn't like seeing my free nail so I kept going over til it got opaque, which was about 5 coats for me.

 

This is Love Pink over Sparitual Heliotrope.. a purple, Love Pink lightens and mutes the purple

 

 

This is She Breaks Hearts & Skulls!

Again, I went overboard here because I didn't like seeing my free nail, so I kept applying coats to cover... about 5 coats (lol! it's meant to be a glitter topcoat not a full coverage!). My camera doesn't capture the iridescent pink glitter bomb so good, it looks a lot better in person.  You lose all skulls and hearts when you put on this many coats but it looks super good IRL.

 



This is She Breaks Hearts& Skulls over Sparitual Heliotrope (purple).  LOVE! I can't wait to try this over other colors, I did dark grey 1st and wasn't crazy about it, but I will be playing with this one!  This is 2 coats.  Glitters came out easily with no digging :)

 

This is Pastel Fusion!

My cam doesn't capture the iridescent beauty of this polish but wow it's lovely!  I first put it over black and loved that too. I laid this polish on by laying the brush down on the nail, rather than stroking it on. Just 2 or 3 coats here over China Glaze Sweet Hook.

This is Dragon Scales!

This is Mom's fave, and it's pretty spectacular!  This is 2 or 3 coats over Sparitual Heliotrope, a purple.  I layed the glitter down using the full length of the brush, rather than stroking the polish on. LOVE!!
